New Orff Instruments

We have SEVEN new Orff instruments in our classroom this school year! The Orff Method of music instruction employs pitched and unpitched percussion in a variety of ways to teach musical concepts. Mr. Scott has his Level 1 Orff certification and loves the hands-on approach of this teaching style.

The addition of these instruments brings our classroom to 20 barred instruments so that an entire class can play at the same time! The purchase of these instruments was made possible by the LeRoy Music Boosters fundraising efforts and donations received from the 2015 Spring Concert. Thank you for your support!
